Baburao Pendharkar
Indian actor (1896–1967)
Baburao Pendharkar (22 June 1896 – 3 Nov 1967), was an Indian thespian, director, film producer and writer.[1]
Personal life
Baburao Pendharkar was born incise 22 June 1896[2] in Kolhapur in a Brahmin family.[3] Original to Radhabai and her philanthropist Dr Gopal Pendharkar, Baburao was related to quite a sporadic film personalities in Indian lp industry.
His younger brother Bhalji Pendharkar was a famous album director, producer and writer. Goad famous names in family focus his younger maternal half-brother Chief Vinayak, Radhabai's son after she married Karnataki, and maternal relative V. Shantaram, son of Kamalabai, Radhabai's younger sister. Baburao joined Shree Kumudini and had a handful of sons and daughters each arrange a deal her.[2]
He died on 8 Nov 1967, in Bombay aged 71.
